In Mafia-Klan Judge, Attorney Potosi Bovino, practiced law unsuccessfully for seven years. Also, a Mob Boss and local KKK member. Upon his arrival in the duplicitous City of Madnerbarie, Attorney Bovino wanted to seize control over both the city and its residents. With ample funds, he purchased a run-down, abandoned prison on several acres of land. The prison was renovated and reopened for business. Yet, he lacked a contract to house inmates, soon realizing that attaining a higher position than attorney was necessary to achieve his dreams.Rumors are circulating throughout the City of Madnerbarie concerning a soon to be vacant judgeship position. Attorney Bovino begins attending several gubernatorial events in order to befriend the Florida governor. The governor, who is forced into an early retirement due to a history of corruption and unethical actions. He eagerly appoints Attorney Bovino to the judgeship in exchange for a few hundred thousand dollars.Judge Potosi Bovino successfully completed his partial judicial appointment in two years. A regular judicial election was held to fill the position for its normal four-year term, which he won. When the chief judge’s position came up for its two-year election, he was unsuccessful on his first attempt. Two years later he tried again and obtained enough votes from the judges to become the next new chief judge.Winning the chief judge’s position was the power grab he needed in order to gain full control of the City of Madnerbarie. Illegal tactics and racism are often used to pressure citizens to submit to his will in an attempt to rule the city.To ensure the jurors deliver a predetermined verdict, he was previously compensated for, he enters the jury room without authorization. Once inside, he pressures the jurors to return a verdict of his preference. Failure to comply will force him to ruin their lives permanently. He could be required to refund the bribe.Courtroom 98 daily antics are similar to a 3-Ring-Circus with the racist Chief Judge Potosi Bovino being the head clown in charge. Daily racist tantrums are the norm, especially during Minority litigants’ trials. Their sentencing supersedes all the legal requirements allowed by law. Citizens are observing the illegal and discriminatory litigant treatment of Minorities’ trials.Derogatory name calling of Minority litigants can be heard echoing throughout courtroom 98. According to Bovino’s interpretation of the First Amendment, he has the right to call Minorities, whatever he wants to refer to them, inside the courtroom walls and beyond. The JWSC (Judicial Watch Slumdog Committee) can’t wait to have Chief Judge Potosi Bovino impeached. They monitor his every move during the court trials he presides over.Trouble is brewing in the City of Madnerbarie and who knows what will happen. Read more
