Ishii Big Clinker Tile Cutters come with a spring loaded base and low curved handle design that gives excellent leverage (8:1 ratio). This design results in deep scores with minimal effort, for clean consistent cuts. A modified sliding bearing block, hard-heated rails, and overall sturdy construction are the reasons these cutters have become the industry standard. Ishii Tile Cutters last, are easy to use, and produce clean smooth cuts all on hard porcelain tile. Ishii Big Clinker Tile Cutters will cut tiles up to 3/4" thick. Sheet mounted mosaic tiles are easily cut with the Ishii tile cutter by scoring all tiles, raising the wheel position and then individually breaking each tile. Each Ishii Cutter also comes with two 12" side arm extensions to help support larger tiles. A large 3-1/2" breaker foot with spring loaded cutting table for easy snapping. An adjustable scoring wheel device to raise or lower the titanium coated rotary bearing wheel, for thick, thin, and mosaic tiles. The wide, die cast aluminum alloy base has heavy duty rubber pads for cutting stability. These Ishii cutters come with the 7/8" Ishii scoring wheel thin ball-bearing titanium coated wheel.
