These outside style condenser plugs are ideal for sealing leaky and troublesome tubes. They are crafted from metal hardware and one or two rings of special isoprene natural rubber compound, which provides excellent adhesion to metal and ensures a leak-free seal. When the nut is tightened, the rubber expands to fit snugly against the inside diameter of the tube, while the oversized washer pushes the plug flush against the end of the tube. Additionally, they are available with silicone rings for high temperature heat exchangers and condensers.
